5.3 LinkedIn Integration

When you connect your LinkedIn account to UpThread, you grant us permission to post content on your behalf. You acknowledge that:

• We only post content that you explicitly approve
• You remain responsible for all content posted to your LinkedIn profile
• You must comply with LinkedIn's terms of service and community guidelines
• You can revoke our access to your LinkedIn account at any time

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

UpThread and all its components, including but not limited to software, design, logos, and content, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights to the service.

6.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI belongs to you. However, you acknowledge that:

• Similar content may be generated for other users with similar inputs
• You are responsible for ensuring AI-generated content does not infringe third-party rights

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of UpThread shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UpThread and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service

• Your violation of these Terms

10. Termination
